Fantastic Voyage_ scene2_Re-model,UV layout, lighting

This is my UV lay ouy of the Sporangium, the body and head.

I have Modelled the scene background with a plane and many curves  before but I think it doesn't look nice so I change to a cylinder and lay out the texture.

The sporangium in my original animatic was a colour in black but I think it doesn't work nicely with the background so I have change it to dark green.

 Also I am trying with different lightings.

In number three, I have also tried on glowing but I think it looks better without glow.

This is my final choice for the scene.
